Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we’ll send the correct one or issue a refund.

Unsatisfactory Quality: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items. However, if you’re unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee, please reach out. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount, unless defective or incorrect.
